Hello and welcome to the first episode of our online sports lesson in cooperation with Allianz. This is a digital movement offering to stay in contact with our handball family. Our professional handball player Lucas Krzikalla and our athletic coach Hagen will support you remaining active and sportive when staying at home in this special situation. Each episode will have a different motto and sometimes we will even welcome special guests. ☺
